- Exhibitors should fill the application form, sign the name with the official seal, and then fax to the organizing committee.
- After the application confirmed by organizing committee, exhibitors shall remit exhibition fees to the appointed account within 7 working days to make final confirmation of the booth.
- After final confirmation, the organizing committee will mail the 《Exhibitor Manual》to the exhibitors, which include information about freight, booth design and build, travel, accommodation arrangement, and facilities rental etc.
4. The organizing committee will make booth arrangement in accordance with the sequence of the payment. The invoice will be issued at a given time arranged by the organizing committee during exhibiting hours.
